Yes! Every Krpa piece is made-to-order, which means we produce your item only after you place the order. This helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and maintain high-quality standards with every product.
What is the dispatch timeline?
Our typical dispatch timeline is 2-3 business days, depending on the product. Since everything is freshly printed and crafted after your order, we take a little extra time to ensure perfect quality before shipping.
Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available?
We currently don’t offer COD because our products are made to order. Each order goes into production immediately, and COD increases cancellations and operational delays.
By using prepaid payments, we ensure smoother processing, reduce wastage, and keep prices fair for everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since your item enters production soon after your order is placed, order modifications or cancellations are only allowed within the first 2 hours. After that, we cannot make changes.
