Return & Refund Policy

At Krpa, every product is made just for you — with intention and care. Because of our made-to-order process, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size issues or change of mind.

However, if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll replace your order if:

• You received the wrong item or size.
• The item is damaged.
• There’s a clear printing or manufacturing defect

Just email us at support@krpa.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order ID
• Unboxing Video showing the issue

We'll review and offer a free replacement if eligible.

🚫 We can’t accept returns if:

• You ordered the wrong size (please check our size chart).
• You changed your mind after ordering.
• There are minor variations in color or design due to the printing process.

🔁 Refunds:

We don’t offer refunds unless:

        A replacement can’t be provided for an eligible issue
